Delivery

From the moment you place your order we will attempt to get it picked and packed within 48 hours.

All orders will be delivered Royal Mail first class recorded delivery unless you have selected the Special Delivery option which guarantees a next day delivery before 1pm. (Note; this service has to be requested before 14.00hrs or it will be despatched the following day Special Delivery. The Post Office do not guarantee Special Deliveries on a Saturday to every part of the country) In either case a signature will be required upon receipt.

Packaging

All orders will be delivered in a FREE Gift Box. Luxury gift boxes are always available to be purchased separately for that special occasion.

 Returns Policy

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods.  This right applies to all goods purchased on this website except for hair and pierced products, i.e earrings, that are excluded because of current Health & Hygiene regulations. These products are not able to be returned under any circumstances.

Treasure Box Limited is committed to providing our customers with high quality products and customer service. However, in the event that products are found to be faulty, please refer to our return policy outlined below. Please understand that it is our policy to try and replace the product before we raise a credit.

If the items you have ordered through our website are unsuitable or damaged you must inform us within 7 days of receipt of the goods by sending an email to returns@treasurebox.co.uk detailing your original order number and the item you wish to return. You will then receive an email informing you of your returns number, which you must write on the original delivery note received with your goods and return as instructed.

We strongly recommend that you arrange for proof of delivery on returned items as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please note that proof of postage is not proof of delivery. Providing the item/s are received complete and in perfect packaging we will refund/exchange.

All postage and packaging costs for returned merchandise will be incurred at the customer’s expense, unless the items returned were received damaged or faulty, in which case normal postage charges will be refunded.
